Conservatory Multi-Foil Insulation

Our independent, family owned business Inceil is dedicated to helping conservatory owners make their conservatories a better place to be and has been built on solid foundations with  15 years experience of building works for our own projects and for clients. We understand building construction and the difference that materials can make.

A few years ago, it wouldn’t have been practical to insulate most conservatory roofs as too much head-room would have been lost. Insulation used to be thick and cumbersome – sometimes 10- 15cm thick – but in recent years, technological innovations have resulted in new materials, including thinner, more flexible multi-foil insulation with increased insulating properties.

For the conservatory owner, this means that we can now fit thermally dynamic multi-foil insulation to the existing conservatory roof, without losing much headroom at all. With plasterboard and smooth plaster finish, there is a difference of only 60mm in head height.17/10/13: Lynne Wilson, Inceil customer with conservatory.

However modest or grand your conservatory, it is now possible to fit insulation to most conservatory roofs and end up with a room that can be used all year round. You can even out the temperatures from too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter and save money on energy bills.

A skilled team of fitters can fit multi-foil insulation to the contours of your existing conservatory roof-line in 1 or 2 days and for a fraction of the cost of building a new extension, you have a room that can be used comfortably all year round.
